Generation runs the RT14 table pipeline in Python. Run this from system-tool/, then reload the page:
python gen_system.py

Export writes library.json. Save it over data/systems/library.json and run python gen_system.py --rebuild to persist. Deep-link a system with #<system_id> — the sector tool will use this to open a planet's system.
